Lynko is a cognitive layer platform that enables AI agents to access, navigate, and operate on structured knowledge. These terms govern your use of the Lynko platform and related services.

2. Early Access

Lynko is currently in early access. This means:

• The service may change substantially without prior notice.
• There is no service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee.
• Breaking changes may occur, though we will provide reasonable notice when possible.
• Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service or use it to harm others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.
• Interfere with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of content you store on Lynko. We store your data on Lynko infrastructure, maintain backups, and do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Lynko is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
