3. What We Don't Do

4. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure operated by established cloud providers. All external traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS, and sensitive credentials (such as OAuth refresh tokens and API keys) are encrypted at rest.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect a data source, we purge the corresponding content and derived data (such as indexes and embeddings) within 30 days. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days.

To delete your account, use your dashboard settings or email us at the address below.

5. Google User Data

When you connect a Google Drive account to Lynko, we access data from Google Workspace APIs (specifically, the Google Drive API) using OAuth 2.0. This allows Lynko to read files from the folders you select so that AI agents connected to your account can navigate, search, and reason over that content on your behalf.

Lynko's use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

You can revoke Lynko's access to your Google Drive at any time from your Google account permissions page or from the Lynko dashboard. When access is revoked, we delete the associated content and derived data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
